GTB New ICU Hospital has been updated with a unique master plan that will enable it to meet the present and future healthcare needs of the regional population optimally.

The land selected for the ICU Hospital is of approx. 6 .1 acres, which is already well amalgamated in the main campus of GTB hospital. Total 1900 ICU beds are planned in the new ICU building, with adequate emergency and diagnostics facilities.

ARCOP has been involved in the overall master plan and redevelopment of the property since late 90s. ARCOP has upgraded and also made additions /extensions to the existing heritage resort.

Golf View corporate towers is on a plot area of 2.065 acre located on the Golf Course Road. This particular site had a short usable frontage on the main road with a greater depth at an angle. This dictated the planning process.

The Challenge here was to create the Towers in harmony and urban character to the existing plus also evoke the modern contemporary context of present day modern buildings. The building envelope has a bottom base in stone, sitting solid. Above is a Low E Double Glazed Unit glass façade which modulates with the architectural mullion and spandrel members addressing the various floors.

The services like Cooling Towers, the lift machine rooms, staircase mumty structures on the Terrace Floor have been integrated well by been camouflaged with FRP Louvres – which gel well with the overall character of the building.
