The day the aluminium comes off.

Aluminium shuttering casts a whole floor in one pour — walls, columns, slab. Then a trained crew strips it, panel by labelled panel, to reveal smooth concrete that needs no plaster.

Clean it, oil it, lift it to the next floor. One panel, 100–200 times.

One floor every 10–12 days. Cast, strip, rise.

Most contractors don't track their scrap.

We weigh ours. Every 30 days.

Less than 0.5% of rebar may go missing. Less than 1.5% may end up as scrap. The numbers are checked, reconciled, and signed off — every single month.

Steel cutoffs become shuttering ties. Ply shuttering is reused until it can't be cut smaller. The pieces too small to use on site don't go to a landfill — they go to the labour camp, where someone cooks a meal or keeps warm.

Sustainability you can measure. The kind that lives in a reconciliation sheet — not a glossy report.
