Sunset hues at one, midnight blues at another-
That’s the dual personality of Public Supply (PS) atpublicsupply at play, taking us on a spin around its energy, round the clock. For a space that is not a bar, not a café and definitely not a regular urban spot serving healthy beverages, it surprises us with the verve of the former, the vibe of the second and a whole new take at the vigour of the latter. Coming from a brand with a name too puzzling, Public Supply builds a compelling curiosity that is animated by its many colours—warmer yellows by the rise, cooler blues by the fall, and an overall shift in the dynamic that becomes the very character of the space. That a.m. to p.m. concept mimics our body clock to indulge our senses rather deeply, in their healthful daily rituals. Here, food is more than what we get in a plate—it is what we feel, experience and interact with. A new age culture around health food thus begins.
The space enjoys a bit of outdoors in a relaxed setting, coloured by quirky tones original to its palette, before letting us into its inside world. The space takes the eye up to the stretch ceiling whilst sharing the visual connectivity to the outdoors; and hence, its vibe. The open, airy ambience brings people together and lets the conversations unwind. Interactive screens join the chatter before fading into the silence of the other side.
Because, in the end, it all comes to: Why should bars have all the fun?
