Nestled in the Badkala hills, the villas of Avacasa are composed as a G+1 structure, with double-height living areas that celebrate volume, light, and panoramic views. The sloping roofs are not mere aesthetic elements but contextual responses to the natural topography, echoing the gradients of the Shivalik hills and allowing the architecture to quietly recede into its environment. The villa interiors flow freely along an open, fluid plan. An earthy palette with warm, rich textures ground the interiors. Soft, textured walls hold light gently, letting art and sculpturaI chandeliers emerge as statement pieces.

Designed as more than a sales gallery, this L&T Experience Centre creates a memorable first impression, an architectural expression of trust, innovation, and timeless design.

A composition of warm natural stone blocks and expansive glazing balances solidity with transparency, while a dramatic cantilevered roof extends beyond the building envelope to create a welcoming arrival experience. The seamless continuation of the ceiling from the interior to the exterior dissolves the boundary between inside and outside, enhancing spatial flow and reinforcing the sense of openness.

Every element is carefully composed to reflect modern elegance and refined craftsmanship.

As the clubhouse rises at Palm Olympia, the scale of its ambition becomes impossible to miss. Conceived as the focal point of the masterplan, the three-level circular clubhouse with its sweeping geometry contrasts the disciplined linearity of the residential towers.

Soon a rooftop jogging track would join the construction to loop in from across the commercial wing to connect with the circular clubhouse, turning architectural form into functional movement.

Cladded in high-performance glass and stainless steel trims, the facade of Trump Towers dissolves the boundary between structure and sky, allowing the towers to continuously engage with light, reflection and atmosphere. Rather than acting as a surface, the envelope becomes an active architectural element.

At the crown, angular glass volumes complete the composition, giving the towers a distinctive silhouette. Together, material, geometry and light create an architectural identity that balances climate responsiveness with visual elegance.

Trevana Residences is an architectural narrative where three independent forms converge to create a singular urban landmark. Drawing its identity from a triad of towers unified through a cohesive architectural language, the development balances individuality with collective presence.
Designed as a fluid extension of the architecture itself, the sweeping canopy of the entrance pavilion anchors the arrival sequence while framing views of the towers beyond.

The Aurika hotel has a striking yet contextual urban presence with vertical massing in warm terracotta façade. These bricks evoke the vernacular spirit of Ayodhya's constructed heritage with their elegant arches and patterned jalis.

The black metal bands, although contrasting with the reds, introduce a contemporary edge that complements the traditional masonry. The outcome is a balanced interplay of landscape, texture, and structure.

Miraabilis redefines contemporary living with its sleek glass façade and crisp architectural lines, designed to maximize natural light and sweeping views.
The interconnected clubhouse at the base functions like a central oasis–integrated with landscape and natural light. A separate standalone club extends shared amenities while the main entrance block is segmented into four sub-blocks for social events.
The resort-style planning includes car drop at club level and golf cart access, enhancing movement and accessibility while maintaining a pedestrian-first landscape. Every component is designed to reveal space: entrances stretch out in silence, pools reflect the sky and common areas blend structure with serenity.
