In April, our teams took a proactive step toward better health by calculating their Body Mass Index (BMI) and embracing lifestyle changes to maintain a healthy weight. ๐ฑ๐ช
This wellness initiative wasn't just about measuring BMIโit was about building awareness, forming healthy habits, and staying committed as a team. From morning walks to mindful eating, each department showed inspiring participation and enthusiasm. ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐โจ
To keep the momentum going, we introduced **Weekly Engagement Tasks** throughout April to encourage simple, healthy habits. Every week, a fun health challenge was shared, and by the end of the week, a poll was created to reflect on participation. This approach helped promote **Employee Well-Being** and fostered a sense of unity across all teams. ๐ค๐
