Set in a premium pocket of Boiragimoth, Kabyashree Paramount is organised across four wings that step and pivot rather than sit in a single rigid block. The towers follow a loosely pinwheeled massing, each wing turned slightly off the others, so no home looks directly into its neighbour and every unit earns its own natural light and ventilation. In a climate like Dibrugarh humid, with a heavy monsoon climate, that orientation isn't decorative; it's the foundation of everyday comfort.
The vertical circulation cores read as tall, recessed bands that break the horizontal lines of the floors. Balconies are set into the facade rather than bolted onto it a quiet detail that gives each home a shaded, weather-protected edge through the wet months.
