Tiles lagne ke baad pata chale ki slope galat hai, toh poori mehnat aur paisa barbad ho jata hai. Isse na sirf phisalre (slippery floor) ka darr rehta hai balki deewaron mein 'Seelan' (Dampness) bhi aati hai.

Smart Architect Tip: 🛠️ Tiles lagne se pehle 'Water Ponding Test' karein. 🛠️ Drain ki taraf slope check karein. 🛠️ Plumber ko final finishing se pehle double-check karne bolein.

Today, we are exploring "The Firefly" by Ekarth Architects. This stunning villa is a modern take on traditional Assam-type architecture. Built almost entirely using treated Bamboo (Assam’s Green Gold), this home is a masterclass in sustainable luxury.

As an architect, I love how it handles the local climate—it’s earthquake-resistant, handles heavy rainfall with its sloping roofs, and stays naturally cool. It’s a perfect example of how we can use traditional materials to create high-end, futuristic spaces.

False Ceiling ya Safed Haathi? 🐘❌

Ghar ki sundarta badhane ke chakkar mein log aksar ceiling ko itna neeche kar dete hain ki kamra chota lagne lagta hai. Aur agar AC piping check nahi ki, toh leakage ke waqt poori ceiling todni pad sakti hai! 🛠️

2️⃣ AC aur Electrical wiring pehle check karein.
