About The Directors:

Er. R.K Mehta is a Civil Engineer, who obtained his B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering in 1986 from M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. With an experience of more than 30 years, he has been involved in various construction projects. Some of the construction works completed under his supervision are Essel world Bombay, Kapil Floor Mill Agroha, Sukhda Hospital Hissar, Pushpa Complex Hissar, Ashthsakhi Mandir Vrindavan, Chawla Nursing Home Hissar, Grover complex Hissar and many more.

Dr. Ankur Mehta is a Charted Structure Engineer with an experience of around 7 years in research and industry. He completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and M.E. in Structural Engineering from Thapar University. He obtained his B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from Kurukshetra University. He has been engaged in providing structure design consultancy for various residential, commercial and industrial projects. He is also among the leading researchers in India who is working on Sustainable concrete for encouraging low-cost construction. With various research papers and book chapters in top-rated SCI journals, his interests are to provide safety and stability to the structures in accordance with relevant IS codes in the most economize manner.

Ar. Akshat Mehta is an Architect with a field experience of around 4 years. He obtained his Bachelors in Architecture from Punjab Technical University Jalandhar and Masters in Design (Interior Architecture) from Ansal University Gurgaon. He is holistically specialized in interiors and space planning. He has also worked with reputed companies like Sikka Associate Architects and Pangasa Chetna Designs Pvt Ltd. where handled various projects such as BPTP housing Gurgaon, ITS office Gurgaon, TATA office Gurgaon, Residence of Income Tax Commissioner New Delhi, Rehabilitation of Gobindgarh Fort Amritsar and many more.

Architecture & Interiors

Architecture emulates nature, expresses thoughts and ideas, and communicates the metaphoric symbolism of our place in the universe. Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. We provide consultancies for space planning and interiors for residential, commercial, industrial, hotels, hospitals and other types of projects. Our designs are encouraged with historical as well as modern-day architecture. The 3-dimentional views are rendered on 3DS Max, Google Sketch Up and Photoshop to provide better understanding and clarity for the clients. In addition to the design consultancies, we also provide site supervision and ex*****on for interior works.

Structure Designing

Structure engineering theoretically is a complex mechanism to understand and predict the behavior of RCC and steel structures to resist the imposed loads acting on the structure. It depends on the detailed knowledge of material science, applied mathematics, applied mechanics, relevant theoretical and empirical design codes and techniques of structural analysis. We provide detailed structure drawings and 3D sections for important elements in addition to frequent site visits.

Vastu

Vastu is a Science based on climatology which takes the meaning of principles, practices and systems followed while constructing building in order to balance the laws of nature and human principles to generate abound wealth and prosperity. It is an ancient science that guides the people to construct their homes, offices, shops, industries in a better way that helps in healthy living. We have a tie-up with a Delhi-based Vastu firm which provides a holistic approach towards your space in context to Vastu.

Building Construction & Third-Party Quality Control

We are working as building contractors from last 30 years and have successfully completed various projects. We believe in providing best of quality in construction and other related aspects. In addition, we also provide site consultancy where we can appoint our full-time engineers or can provide weekly visits to check the quality and progress at site. We develop and work on a mutually-agreed quality assurance plan (QAP) with the client as well as the contractor. The QAP includes the testing of materials such as cement, aggregates, water to check their quality as per Indian Standards in addition to certain necessary parameters for various on-going activities at site.
