At P S Enterprise, we recently completed a geotechnical investigation project on 30th & 31st January 2026 near the well-known Bypass Dhaba Restaurant. The site was located at 1/SC, Sec-A, Canal South Road, Metropolitan Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Kolkata – 700105 (Ward 57, Borough 7, P.S. Pragati Maidan). Our team successfully carried out 2 boreholes of 25 meters depth to perform detailed soil testing and subsurface investigation for the proposed construction project. Through accurate borehole drilling, sampling, and soil analysis, we ensured reliable data for safe foundation design and structural planning. At P S Enterprise, every site visit becomes a story worth remembering! Recently at our Chunavati, Howrah project, we successfully completed around five 20-meter boreholes as part of our detailed geotechnical investigation and soil testing work. The special highlight? My son joined me on site that day and enthusiastically participated alongside our hardworking team during the borehole operations. It was a proud and fun-filled moment — watching the next generation learn about soil testing, foundation investigation, and teamwork firsthand. Very few people can say they have set foot in Kolkata without ever visiting Howrah Station, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. If you happen to be at Howrah Station, I sincerely encourage you to visit the Executive Lounge at least once—it is as beautiful as it is luxurious. A new Executive Lounge was developed in 2023 along with the new complex, and I feel truly fortunate to have been a part of this prestigious project. During my tenure at Archtech Consultant Pvt. Ltd. (ACPL), Kolkata, in 2012 and 2013, I had the opportunity to work on several large and prestigious projects as part of the Structural Engineering team. I was actively involved in the structural design and preparation of drawings for landmark projects, including the Chenrezig Shing Kham and Riwo Potala statue projects at Pelling, Sikkim, whose architectural scale and structural complexity are truly impressive. I also contributed design services for the 1000-bedded hospital project in Siliguri and was responsible for the structural design and drawings of the eastern part of the Bhaichung Bhutia Stadium at Namchi, Sikkim, a highly popular and recognized stadium. In addition to these, throughout my professional career, I have worked on more than 100 projects, including tall residential buildings, studio buildings, schools, industrial structures, and crane-supported shed structures, gaining extensive experience in STAAD modeling, analysis, and practical structural design.
