Job Description:

Envin Design Studios is searching diligently for a skilled Junior Architect/Designer. We are in need of an ambitious and hard-working architect who is passionate about furthering their career. As a junior architect, you will be assisting in providing bids on potential builds, drawing and designing structures, communicating with customers to assess requirements on structures to be built, and many other things to be able to learn and grow with senior architects. It is important that you have strong organizational skills, analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, mathematical skills, and excellent technical skills. This will be a very rewarding and valuable position to jump-start your career in architecture and design. Responsibilities:

Work with Architects assisting with various projects
Help to plan and design buildings
Work on design drawings
Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs
Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects
Help coordinate details of architectural projects

Education and experience:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree / Diploma in architecture, ideally with 2+ years of previous experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

Prepare presentations (2D, 3D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients

Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in Interior Ex*****on.

Responsibilities:
Involve in managing daily site operation and resolve site issues
Responsible of checking, monitoring and follow up to ensure works progress as planned and in accordance with the time lines.
Prepare reports and documentations for project status reporting.

Qualifications:
The Candidate must possess at least 3 years of working experience with reputed firm in similar capacity
Self motivated and independent with high level of professionalism on work
Creative, Proactive and ability to work in a team
Sound knowledge of new materials and design details
