Same floor plan. Two completely different aesthetic.

We designed one layout two ways - one leaning into warmth and layered texture, the other into contrast and clean finishes. Not to show range, but to show how little the structure actually dictates. The real decisions happen after the plan is drawn.
Same walls. Different everything else.

A chandelier built from glass and motion. Doors etched with pastoral scenes. A piano that doubles as sculpture.

Art does not hang on the walls here - it holds the walls up.

From folk traditions to geometry in shell and stone, each corner is a conversation between the hands that made it and the eye that discovers it.

Designed for a young couple, the home supports both hosting and downtime. Common areas are laid out for interaction, while separate zones allow for privacy and daily use. Each room opens to large windows, bringing in the surrounding green and maintaining a visual connection to the outdoors.

Materials are used with clear intent across spaces - stone, marble, plaster, timber, and metal - each defining a different function. No two rooms are treated the same, but the transitions remain consistent. This is a home that adapts to use, without excess.

Two briefs, one home. Designed for a young couple who wanted equal parts entertainer’s home and private retreat, the rooms here do different things. Stone, marble, textured plaster, and large-format botanical wallpaper give each room its own material register, while floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout keeps the surrounding tree canopy in frame. The common areas are sized for gatherings. The private rooms are sized for stepping away from them.

An iconic 62,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, conceived as a visual anchor for the development.

Designed to complement the crescent towers, the facade explores a play of angles - layering three-dimensional projections over a structured, two-dimensional frame. This interplay adds depth while still respecting the clarity of the overall form.

A soft, cantilevered roof in wood ties the composition together, framing the structure and giving it a distinct, recognisable identity.

A home defined by light, with double-height living spaces, carefully placed skylights, and expansive window openings, allows ample daylight to filter into the spaces of the home.

What it reveals is equally considered - walls treated with artistic textures of natural stone, panelling, and unique marble pieces that respond to light throughout the day, adding depth without drawing overt attention.

There isn’t a single dominant gesture. Instead, the design intent builds gradually through an overlay of nature and materials that form an everlasting experience.

The facade is shaped through a play of angles and cut-outs that break away from a flat, uniform surface. Portions are carved out while others extend forward, creating a constant shift between solid and void.

The jaali becomes a key layer within this composition - softening the structure while allowing light and air to pass through. As the day progresses, these elements work together to cast changing patterns, adding depth without relying on excess detail.

It’s a front that feels dynamic, where every angle and opening is part of a larger, balanced whole.
