Puja room door with Teakwood frame, Fluted Glass, trellis with bells & antique brass borders.

Antique brass gopuram on top of the door completes the entry setup & gives it a calming vibe !

Linear full height panel with backlighting & Om cnc became the central highlight !

The double step model platform holds idols, frames & Puja items.

White quartz top & Rosegold strip elevate the cabinet. Side open shelves with lights can hold major items.

Full length wardrobe has also been included in this room making it a dream for any family ✨

No stone unturned in designing this nostalgic facade for a building located in tiny alleys of a village !

Amidst houses from the 90's, this house does not stand tall but elegant !

Light Profiles & clean lines have given a contemporary look to its fore !

Stone cladded facade is not preferred by all for its high maintenance but our client has an eye for things from the past, hence the choice ✨

Hand Carved Teak Main Door with Antique Brass Embellishments greet you to the living room of this Villa !

Floral Lotus Centerpiece on the Main Door is carefully crafted in 2 parts on either sides of the door leafs !

Brass Pyramids have been aligned horizontally on top of the Door Architrave !

Living Room has Ceiling Veneer, Fluted Wooden Rafters + Marble Combination for TV Unit & Semi Open Partition with Profile Lights done in Veneer & Marble Sheets !

Any Elevation design must appeal to the client first and then the spectator !

We have gone Bold on this one. Use of Floor Band Projections, Deep Grooves & Vertical Wooden Slats emphasize the elevation more.

Both North & East have corridors which we highlighted using vertical bands and solids in colors of Wooden & Gray !

Lesser Frontage was a challenge but we covered the steps area with framed windows & immersive overall design solved the problem !

The color palette was a bit bold with Sky Blue running throughout the facade making it stand out. we played shades of brown to neutralize the overplay of blue !

Sleek Modular Kitchen with Beige, White & Black as the only colors in its entirety !

Designing an open parallel kitchen is challenging in this Duplex Villa considering limited space. We could deliver the best with the use of maximum functional cabinets & ambient lighting !

Main Working Platform after a slim Breakfast Counter has all provisions like sink, hob & chimney. Parallel counter has been efficiently used with Wicker Baskets, Pantry Unit, Rolling Shutter Unit & small counter space for pantry provisions !

Breakfast Counter façade was designed with Metallic Rafters + Beige Laminate. Rose gold Pendant Lights above Breakfast Counter have been well positioned !

Meticulously designed Dining Area with Blue Onyx & Leather Chairs Dining set.

Under the walnut veneer grid ceiling & a central chandelier cm fan makes it more aesthetic + functional !

Right beside the kitchen, this dining area became the focal point of this duplex lower level !

Overall lighting has been carefully planned to make it ambient & cozy !

The epicenter of this Duplex Villa is its Dining Space !

Luxuriously crafted space with partition on one side & open kitchen on the other, this dining area blends well with the Interior !

Ceiling has these warm Veneer Boxes adorned with Mirrors in the middle. Floral Chandelier which is also a fan cm light is the central beauty !

Blue Onyx Dining Table with Leather Chairs brings luxury to the center of this Duplex Villa !

Synchrony of stone & Terracota Brick Block jali adorn this facade @ Mogalturu.

This house does not have direct access to the road, we must enter a narrow alley to reach the Entrance. This was challenging & it pushed us to design a facade which leaves an impression from as far ✨

Narrow & Tall facade with cleverly designed elements & materials highlight the elevation giving it the perfect balance.

Color pallette was simple & inclined towards beiges & grays !

Lighting is also carefully planned to enhance the night view of the building.
