A Refrigerator make my startup in to failure
Yes, a refrigerator can make my start up turned into failure. I quit my job and decided to start a business me and my friend's research on many business models, and finally we decided to start sugarcane juice bar is the best option to start a business. First, we ordered sugar cane crushing machine from sgk industries, Hyderabad and then next comes to the refrigerator. My sugarcane machine vendor said 615ltr suits for your business there are only two companies offering 615lts one is western and second one is elan pro first we approached western refrigeration agency but at that time there is no stock availability. We approached Sri Durga agencies Bala Nagar, Hyderabad (Elanpro dealer) we purchased refrigerator on December 24th, 2015 at the cost of 58,500 it's more than 20k others(western) competitors price. Finally, we started our sugarcane juice outlet on Jan 1st, 2016 suddenly in the refrigerator ice is forming its growing day by day and the sugar cane is not getting cooled because of ice. On January 28th, 2016 I call to the customer care and report about this problem and they send technician this company has no service center in Hyderabad. They send 3rd party local technician he comes and do something in the refrigerator and go, but the problem is not resolved in the month February I don't know the date I called to the mr.karthik (Chennai) he is the chief technician of elan pro .I said my problem to him he didn't take the issue seriously I called him repeatedly finally he send a technician said sir we will observe the refrigerator temperature he fix some digital thermostat Technician said to me you take the regular intervals of refrigerator temperature and asked me to send that images to him, and there is no response days are passing I'm getting my business loss day by day in March month I put serious mail to elanpro they respond after a month in April Karthik, and Senthil technicians has come to my outlet and examine my refrigerator and go no response till date and the summer season comes to end and my first start up ends in failure. And I decided to fight with that company through social media please do like, share, comment.
