On 12,000 sq ft, we didn’t build a house. We practiced stillness.
The official teaser for AD House is now live. A timeless Mediterranean facade, built to embrace quiet elegance and surround itself with unparalleled serenity.
This is a subtle landmark project, designed for the discerning eye.✨

Project: The Skyline Nest, a luxury 4 BHK apartment
Built up: 5500 sq. ft.
Designed by: Nightingale Creative Design Studio

Perched in a prominent high rise building, this uber gorgeous apartment is dressed to nines.

A design and build project, it is prominently styled with modern contemporary interiors integrating spatial alignments with a balance of hues, textures, furnitures and furnishings.

The resultant space amalgamates maximalism with functionality, graciously inviting luxury & warmth into the inhabitant’s daily lives.

Standing High is a 7 floors mixed use commercial including a Basement and Mezzanine floor.It is a amalgamation of design, art and a display of Grandeur. Mixed- use commercial in French style architecture with a material play of travertine, wood and plaster.

The Complex Structure is a Combination of Pre tension and conventional construction techniques on an area of 19000 sq. Ft .

Subtle environment often facilitate a peaceful living.
