🔹 Ground Floor Planning

A 10 ft wide main entry gate from South leads to an East-facing porch, raised 2.6 ft with 4 steps.
The house entry opens into a 6 ft × 8.3 ft foyer, flowing into a double-height Drawing Room (16.9 × 12 ft) placed in the North-East corner, featuring a French door opening towards the garden and a dedicated Pooja Area (3 × 4 ft).

From the drawing room, we enter a spacious Dining Area (15.4 × 11.9 ft) suitable for an 8-seater dining table.
A large Kitchen (14.8 × 13 ft) is planned in the South-East corner, ideal for a modern modular setup.

Other GF spaces include:
✔ Master Bedroom (15 × 14 ft) with French door facing West garden
✔ Common Bedroom (15 × 14 ft) in North-West corner
✔ U-shaped internal staircase (South)
✔ Common Toilet (5 × 7 ft) with external wash basin

🔹 First Floor Planning

Moving upstairs, we designed a Family Living Room (17 × 8.6 ft) in the East with a French door opening to a spacious balcony (4 × 21.4 ft).

✔ Master Bedroom (15 × 14 ft) – South-West with attached toilet & balcony
