Bhadrachalam is located in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh by the side of river Godavari. Temple of lord Rama faces west and river godavari is also located to it's west. As per the science of vasthu depression and water in west is a bad feature. That is why the temple continues as a normal pilgrim center without much pomp and ostentation. Devotees in large number visit the temple once in a year i.e on the birthday of lord Rama.

The epic relating to Tirumala prescribes that every devotee should offer prayers to lord varaha before seeking the blessings of lord Venkateshwara. But the power of vasthu is such that the pond in southwest and depression in south n southwest have not contributed to the popularity of the deity despite the frequent appeals of the temple authorities to the devotees to visit lord varaha's temple before proceeding to Balaji's temple.

It is proved that as long as a house is constructed as per the science of vasthu it does not matter even it is within the vicinity of a temple. Further a house can be constructed abutting a temple on southern or western sides. However if a temple exist in north or east there should be an inter space between the two.

These days it is fashionable to buy paintings with big signatures.Be very cautious while investing in such artifacts.Any painting depicting crying lady or child, lady showing n**e back,lady carrying an empty pot, animals brandishing their fangsand claws, showing poverty, sorrow and malnutrition etc.are not at all welcome.
Tip: Beautiful natural scenery (not autumn) paintings of god's& goddesses, children playing, fruits and vegetables, happy family etc,are good.

Whatever is lying around the house,in the stores, cupboards, on the desk and in the lofts above and not used at all during last 12 months is a clutter and reflects negative lying on the sphere of life represented by that section of the house, where clutter is.Clutter in North -northeast plays havoc with finances,in east-southeast reflects on health in South-southwest will effect career and stability, and in west-northwest will take a toll on the social life.clutter creates stagnant energy, which is an obstacle to sucess.

Residences abutting temples
Our research on temples and their positive and negative effects on their neighbours has revealed that existence of a temple in a specified direction to any particular house augurs well.It has also proved that as long as a house is constructed as per the science of vastu it does not matter even if it is within the vicinity of a temple. Further a house can be constructed abutting a temple on southern or western sides.If a temple exist in north or east there should be an interspace between the two.
