• Creating Premium Honey (including Stingless Bee), Sericulture (Silk), Angora Rabbit, Kadaknath Chicken, Teetar Bird, and Free-Range Poultry ecosystems, leveraging forest-friendly farming models and tapping into niche premium markets.
• Establishing Hydroponics, Exotic Vegetable Farming, Frozen Food Processing, Cold Storage, and Export Units, so Arunachal can supply premium organic produce to metro cities and international markets while preventing post-harvest losses.
• Building world-class Diagnostic Centres with affordable MRI, CT Scan, Telemedicine, and Specialist consultation access, reducing the need for patients to travel outside the state for treatment and strengthening healthcare infrastructure.
• Establishing Data Centres, IT Parks, and a Digital & Hydropower Economic Zone near major dam projects, using surplus clean electricity to attract global technology companies and create high-skill employment.
• Promoting Tourism Infrastructure, including Homestays, Helicopter and Aerial Tourism, Ropeways, Mountain Resorts, Film City, and AYUSH-based Wellness Centres, positioning Arunachal as India’s premier eco-tourism and wellness destination.
• Developing Bamboo Industrial Parks and Tribal Handicraft Export Brands, enabling local artisans and farmers to participate in India’s ₹30,000+ crore bamboo and handicraft export economy.
• Establishing Seed Production Centres, Plant Nurseries, and Agri-Tech Advisory Services, ensuring self-reliance in quality planting material and improving agricultural productivity.
• Setting up Waste Management and Recycling Units, converting waste into economic resources while improving urban cleanliness and environmental sustainability.
• Promoting Medicinal H**p (legal industrial h**p) cultivation and plant-based pharmaceutical extraction under regulated frameworks, supporting the growing global plant-based medicine industry.
• Establishing Educational and Skill Development Collaborations with National and International Universities, enabling meritorious students to access world-class education and bring knowledge back to the state.
