Designed as a sculptural screen enclosure, the form transforms a functional utility structure into an architectural marker at the entrance. The angled metal members were carefully developed through detailed modules, sections, and on-site coordination to ensure the design translated exactly from drawing to ex*****on. Designed to blend in the context, the planning responds to the natural contours and textures of the land rather than altering them.
From pathways edged with gravel with natural stone patterns and expansive plazas add to the minimalist nature and openness of Landscape.
The cottages have been carefully carved out amidst the greens that explores a balance between the built and the open, where luxury is expressed through restraint, materiality, and a strong connection to nature.

A proposed luxury resort in Jawai, Rajasthan, this 8.7-acre master plan is shaped by its rugged terrain. With a significant portion of the site being unbuildable rocky strata, the planning responds by placing cottages, tents, and circular pods lightly over the natural outcrops, preserving the existing topography.

The resort accommodates 60 keys, distributed to balance privacy with connectivity. At its core lies a central lawn designed for weddings and large gatherings, with the overall layout organized around this primary open space. Elements like machaans, gazebos, and other viewpoints are integrated across the site to support varied event settings and experiences.

Rooted in Jawai’s rustic and tranquil context, the design follows a native, sustainable, and opulent approach. Programmatically, it brings together waterscapes, culinary spaces, outdoor activities, wellness, and other social zones, creating a landscape that is both immersive and experiential.

Rasa is designed as a memory-scape, where each element is not just seen, but experienced and remembered through movement and pause. The landscape brings together crafted outdoor spaces that balance openness with intimacy, creating a cohesive relationship between built form and its surroundings.

Stone paving patterns, water elements, and curated details define the spatial language of the site. A corten-steel water feature anchors the entrance, while expansive lawns, a pavilion set within tropical planting, and connected outdoor zones unfold across the landscape. Elements like the floating bridge and layered surfaces create continuity and guide experience across the site.

Lighting, materiality, and form come together to shape an environment that is immersive, expressive, and grounded in a strong spatial identity.
