"It is not easy to go green."
Yet, we are here giving our best shot.
Over the past few years the idea of green buildings has gained popularity—everybody, it would seem, has turned a new leaf. Across the country, large and small constructions are advertised as the greenest of green. There are agencies that now rate and award stars to individual buildings based on certain parameters. Many state governments are making these same standards of “greenness” mandatory. Some are even providing incentives, like exemptions on property tax, to those buildings that qualify as environment-friendly.
Stepping forward towards sustainable development and expansion of green building scope, we recently completed a training program on 'Integrative Design Approach for Energy Conservation Building Code & Eco-Niwas Samhita' organized by Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Ltd. to help Jaipur become a low carbon city.

We are now authorized to approve building plans for all land uses, having plot area up to 2500 sq. mt (Height - up to 18 mt. in large towns & up to 15 mt. in small and medium towns), and also to issue Completion Certificate & Occupancy Certificate for all urban areas in Rajasthan.
