SELECTION/ TRAINING OF SECURITY GUARDS
Understanding the special needs of our clients and customizing our services according to the requirements is our company policy. Hence, security guards are recruited for each post keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment Qr.’s are as follows:
• Must be physically fit and mentally robust.
• Minimum height should be 5’6”.
• Should have a minimum qualification of being a matriculate but preference is given to XII and the age should be in the range of 20 to 40 years.
• Should be able to read and write in Hindi and English and should have a high level of IQ.
• Character antecedents are verified through authorized police sources. We strongly believe that our guards are our backbone and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our standards. To ensure that the guards match up to high standards in quality, all our

He is an effective communicator with excellent negotiation, leadership, planning and social skills that can build and maintain relations across and beyond organizations. He has a vast experience in dealing with source/ intelligence, law and order situations, Counter insurgency Operations, Interrogation, Rescue Operations, Surveillance, Logistics and Training Management, Crisis/ Disaster Management, Ambushes/ Search and Protection teams. Prashant Chauhan: Prashant Chauhan is a professional banker with over 11 years of experience in leading private banks in the country. He has hands-on knowledge of people management and behavioral sciences, having handled large teams as part of his work profile. He has been actively involved in soft skill training at the corporate level and understands the nuances of the corporate world. After a successful career in banking, he has forayed into the field of security services to provide a fresh insight and youth-oriented professional approach to the family business.
