Presenting Akanksha Enterprises, a contemporary mixed-use commercial and residential development designed for our client Rajeev Sahu, located at Manik Chowk.

This project is envisioned as a modern urban landmark that combines commercial functionality with comfortable residential living. The ground and lower floors are designed for commercial use, featuring a spacious double-height frontage with large glass facades to maximize visibility, natural light, and customer engagement. The upper levels accommodate well-planned residential apartments, offering privacy, ventilation, and modern living spaces.

The façade embraces a clean contemporary architectural language with bold geometric frames, vertical design elements, premium finishes, and extensive glazing to create a striking visual identity. Landscaped green pockets, wide pedestrian access, and a thoughtfully designed streetscape enhance the overall experience while complementing the urban fabric of Manik Chowk.

This project reflects our commitment to creating architecture that is aesthetically appealing, commercially viable, and functionally efficient.

Capturing the raw beauty of a structure in its skeletal phase. 🏗️ There’s a unique clarity in seeing a building’s bones before the facade takes over—it’s where the rhythm of the concrete frame, the precision of the cantilevered slabs, and the honesty of the engineering are on full display. This project is currently in its structural shell stage, emphasizing open floor plates and a bold, stepped entryway that bridges the gap between the street level and the architectural vision. A bold and contemporary commercial landmark designed for Mr. Manish Nikhra by Flora Architects, this façade reflects a perfect blend of modern elegance and functional design. The building stands out with its striking glass elevation, creating a sense of transparency and openness while allowing abundant natural light into the interiors. The vertical wooden cladding element adds warmth and a premium character, beautifully balancing the sleek glass surfaces. The rooftop terrace with lush greenery and pergola-style shading enhances the visual appeal while offering a sophisticated recreational space. The entrance is thoughtfully designed with a clean, stepped approach and integrated parking, ensuring smooth accessibility. Overall, the structure presents a strong urban identity with refined materials, clean lines, and a welcoming commercial presence.
