Steel binding and electrical fitting work for the RCC slab are currently in progress. Reinforcement bars are being placed and securely tied as per the approved structural drawings, ensuring proper spacing, lap lengths, cover, and beam–slab connections for maximum structural strength and durability. At the same time, electrical conduits, junction boxes, fan boxes, and provisions for lighting and power points are being accurately installed within the slab according to the electrical layout before concreting. This coordinated ex*****on ensures that both the structural reinforcement and concealed electrical services are completed with precision, resulting in a safe, efficient, and high-quality slab ready for concrete casting.

The shuttering work is currently in progress, with formwork being carefully installed to ensure accurate alignment, proper dimensions, and structural stability before concrete casting. Our team is maintaining high standards of workmanship by securely supporting beams, slabs, and columns while following all safety and quality guidelines. Every stage is being closely supervised to achieve a strong, durable, and precise concrete structure, keeping the project on schedule and ready for the next phase of construction.

Presenting Akanksha Enterprises, a contemporary mixed-use commercial and residential development designed for our client Rajeev Sahu, located at Manik Chowk.

This project is envisioned as a modern urban landmark that combines commercial functionality with comfortable residential living. The ground and lower floors are designed for commercial use, featuring a spacious double-height frontage with large glass facades to maximize visibility, natural light, and customer engagement. The upper levels accommodate well-planned residential apartments, offering privacy, ventilation, and modern living spaces.

The façade embraces a clean contemporary architectural language with bold geometric frames, vertical design elements, premium finishes, and extensive glazing to create a striking visual identity. Landscaped green pockets, wide pedestrian access, and a thoughtfully designed streetscape enhance the overall experience while complementing the urban fabric of Manik Chowk.

This project reflects our commitment to creating architecture that is aesthetically appealing, commercially viable, and functionally efficient.

The vertical wooden cladding element adds warmth and a premium character, beautifully balancing the sleek glass surfaces. The rooftop terrace with lush greenery and pergola-style shading enhances the visual appeal while offering a sophisticated recreational space.
