Designed for our esteemed client, Mrs. Lakshmi Amrendran, this sprawling 4,670 sq. ft. architectural marvel seamlessly blends bold contemporary forms with an ultra-premium material palette.

From the dramatic drone reveal to the double-height volumes, every square foot speaks of exclusive elegance. The design language strictly embraces a refined palette of matte blacks, charcoal stone, warm walnut wood, and textured concrete punctuated by sweeping floor-to-ceiling glazing that welcomes the golden hour.
