Efficient Electricals BEST SOLUTION FOR CHEMICAL EARTHING

"EFFICIENT ELECTRODE EARTHING"

We provide the best and effici Furthermore, noise can cause data output error.

DID YOU KNOW:-
Grounding is necessary to eliminate electrostatic dynamic discharge which can destroy sensitive equipments and disrupt power supply. Any voltage differences between individual electronic units can or destroy valuable equipments. The primary objective of a grounding system is to control radio frequency (RF) emission & electromagnetic interferences provide a stable reference potentia

l for instrument accuracy. Provide a discharge path for short circuit and lighting strikes (fault current/surge protections) When one considers the added benefits of greater personal and safety. Current load capacity and lower susceptibility to climatic effective product available in the market. BACK FILL COMPOUND

EFFICIENT Earthing System comes with a compound named Back Fill Compound (B.F.C.) which has all qualities of an ideal back fill material of an earthing system. It is easily compacted when water is added to it. It will absorb up to thirteen times in a dry volume. This consistently holds its own shape and adheres to any surface it touches. Rod contact that are crucial to an earthing system BFC absorbs whenever moisture is present and maintains within itself in to surface appearances. ADVANTAGE & BENEFITS:
Maintenance-free: This maintenance free earthing, no need of extra water pouring at regular interval as in conventional earthing, because it retains the moisture. CONSISTENCY: Continuously maintains the same (approx) earth resistance value over time regardless of soil and & climate conditions. Unlike a standard copper plate/rod, the stability of EFFICIENT Earthing Electrode will remain constant over the life span of the plate/rod, and the resistance of the electrode is less affected by the adverse climatic conditions. INSTALLATION

-The distance between two Earthing Electrode must not be more than 2 -3 mtrs.
- Bore a hole of 8-10 inch in diameter, where earthing is to be done, to a suitable depth of 3-4 mtrs.
- Place the Earthing Electrode inside the pit.
- Mix the back fill compound nicely with the mixture of black cotton soil, which has been dug out.
- Re-fill the empty space around the Earthing Electrode with the compound mix soil.
- While re-filling the space, pour adequate water in the pit intermittently.
- Pack the soil around the Electrode tightly and nicely.
- Again pour adequate water at least 4-5 feet around the Earthing Electrode.
- Test the earth resistivity of the Electrode and if the result is satisfactory, then connect it with the equipments.
- If the result is not satisfactory, then allow the Electrode for nearly (2/3 weeks) for settling the soil and then connect it.
- If the soil is of high resistivity (semi rocky soil), use back- fill compound only for re-filling the pit. TYPE OF MODEL
