A gulf returned construction supervisor, having 30+ years of high quality, hands-on, technical experience in Civil Construction industry is now in town & offers the following services, & more under his supervision:
1. Building & Construction: Of strong new houses / villas / offices (even earthquake resistant type, if requested by client), with material, on turn-key basis (or as agreed with client), as per international construction standards, using appropriate material (in quantity & quality), modern techniques & highly satisfactory workmanship.
Here's a glimpse of what we can offer on "special" request of the client (and all this will be included in writing in the contract): After signing the contract & receiving advance payment, but before starting the job, we can provide, stage-wise, detailed method-of- statement for every work; (explaining in details, how each work will progress, for your monitoring), starting from excavation till completion.
And, on completion of the job / project, we can provide full job history, shop-drawing/s & as-built drawing/s, video/s & / or picture/s of every stage of every work/s (starting from foundation excavation till completion), can be made available for future verification / references by the client.
Stage-wise soft copies of ongoing / completed works can also be provided.
On special request of the client, we can also build:
1) Earthquake resistant houses & villas,
2) Houses & villas based on Vastu Shashtra calculations, if the site parameters permit, &
3) Green houses, where you can have your own small kitchen garden on the roof & grow your own choice of herbs & plants.
4) Renovating: of old houses & making all sorts of new walls / partition/s, false ceiling/s, fixing wall & floor tiles (with joint OR joint-less, as required) / marble / granite etc.
5) Installing new plumbing & electrical: works as per modern standards with modern material; all done by experienced & dedicated technicians.
Hot water circulation system (mostly in villas / hotels) can also be installed upon request.
We also install pressurized water supply system so that water is delivered under pressure & it works when any tap/s in the system is opened & the pressure pump automatically stops when the tap/s are shut.
6) Installing suspended water supply & drainage systems: This system is installed in bathrooms / toilets / kitchens of upper floors in new houses / villas / offices & multi-storeyed buildings so as to allow easy access for repair & maintenance works in the future from below the floor slab of the upper unit/s, which means, without removing any floor tiles of the upper unit, & thus reducing the repair costs by more than 70% as compared to prevailing traditional methods.
7) Water-proofing works: of foundation/s in new constructions (to prevent dampness), of upper floor wet areas like, bathrooms / toilets / kitchen/s & pantry/s and roofs.
8) Wood & Alluminium works: Fabricating / assembling / installing wooden & alluminium doors / windows / kitchen cabinets with marble OR granite tops, and tailor-made working platform/s in large / commercial kitchen/s.
9) Painting: Preparing the walls in technical ways, before applying 2 coats of oil / emulsion / washable paint, as requested by client.
We also do external weather-proof epoxy painting.
10) Domestic Grey / Sewage water treatment plant: On request, we can also install domestic grey water treatment plant for a group of villas / houses so as to recycle grey water / sewage water for local irrigation purposes.
