Almost all of us had desires and dreams since our childhood to have our own beautiful house. That dream itself had made us smile. Will imagine how it should look, the number of rooms, the themes , the decorations, colours ,lights and everything. We fantasized every inch of it . Even when you go to sea shore we never missed the opportunity to build the sand house and sea shells decorations. That much we loved to have our dream house. But it is not a easy deal. So we have waited so long to bring that in to reality.

HISTORY OF KALAI BUILDERS

Hello All..,

I'm Chellamoorthi. In 2019 have done my Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Bharathiyar college in Karaikal.
After my schooling was over, there was a brainstorming session at my house regarding the engineering steam. I was supported to take civil engineering. Because that decides my future. Lots of suggestion & opinions. By that time, the scope was less for civil field compared to others. Everybody suggest to me to take Mechanical field. But I somehow decided to follow my heart & my passion is to become an actual builders when I grew up.
Please Don't even bother to think that I was a bright student. Not at all. To be honest, I was a last bencher. You know very well how the last benchers performance would be in terms of grades. I had super fun in my college life & I still believe that was a wonderful phase of my life. But I always sure to learn whatever it is required to, by gaining practical knowledge.
After graduation, I was hired by a Chennai based Builders as a site Engineer in Thanjavur. Nearly 1 years I worked there. Then I thought, field knowledge alone will not help me reach my goal. So I decided to develop my soft skills by learning & planning courses for about 6 months. Soon after that, I was placed in a Ravi associates in karaikal. That job helped me to acquire more knowledge about the field and Planning the building. That was my turning point. I got that much required confidence to begin a startup company. It was also my dream to open in my hometown. A dream came true finally.
You might think now, how can a person change multiple job in a very short period. Of course I faced lot of criticism. But nothing stopped me from achieving my goal. There was a lot of challenges in my way, I overcame by ignoring the negativity.
I am here now being my own way. The way I struggled to make my dream comes true, fighting all the odds, I'll bring Your's into reality by building your perfect homes. Trust me.
