This was one of those projects that felt exciting right from the start, when came to us with a very cool idea!! This video shows how we renovated another commercial facade for .
The idea was to create a facade that looks like a massive rack of cards in it's context.
We used customised GFRC panels to achieve this, with each panel supported by an integrated central pole and tilted uniquely to create a sense of randomness.
Everything about this project felt like familiar territory, but different in the details, from panel design to on-site assembly!!

Swipe to see The Puddles!!

These are GFRC garden tiles shaped like natural puddles, designed for garden paths, walkways, and meandering trails. Instead of rigid stone slabs and straight concrete lines, these tiles bring a softer, more organic way to move through a landscape.

They can be placed with simple spacing depending on the path you want to create. The idea is to break away from strict 90° garden layouts while still keeping the smooth, refined feel of polished concrete.

The result feels natural underfoot but still clean and contemporary.
We’ve developed six different shapes that can be mixed and arranged on site, allowing each pathway to take its own form depending on the space and the landscape around it.

These photos show our vases in very different avatars.
Instead of lush green foliage, we styled them with pampas grass, preserved botanicals, dried palm leaves, and stems.
The result feels warm, sculptural and timeless. Indoor decor can be more than just plants in a pot. Dried and preserved arrangements are easier to maintain and bring a soft, earthy sophistication to living rooms, corridors and lounge spaces.

They do not replace indoor plants, but for many, they offer a practical and elegant alternative.

In another setting, we paired our sculpted planters with succulents, a very suitable option for warm and humid climates where low maintenance landscaping matters.

Succulents are resilient, water wise and visually structured, though they still require the right soil mix and drainage to thrive.

Whether styled with dried botanicals or living greens, our GFRC and concrete planters adapt to modern interiors and landscapes with equal strength and character.

It’s not easy to show just how large some of our planters are without seeing them in real life. The next best solution is to place them next to people for scale, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. And these aren’t even the largest ones.

Ferrocon manufactures large urban pots and GFRC planters in India, designed for direct planting with the right soil mix. Our speciality is oversized architectural concrete planters for landscapes, commercial spaces, villas, and urban projects.
Finishes are fully customizable, and for bulk quantities we offer custom-made large planters and sculptural installations tailored to your projects.

As manufacturers, we keep our prices competitive while maintaining quality.

This post shows a series of ways our concrete planters and vases can be used for indoor landscaping, balcony gardens, and semi-indoor green spaces. From tropical balconies where direct planting isn’t possible, these planters create pockets of greenery that support hanging plants and vertical growth.

You’ll see space-saving corner planters, bowl planters that can work as shallow ponds for courtyards or indoor areas, and concrete pots arranged to form small landscape mounds on balconies. These ideas show how greenery can be brought indoors, even in limited spaces. Landscaping today isn’t just about open land — it’s about making nature work inside homes, balconies, and compact urban spaces.

These massive sculptures are made using GFRC with a dense polystyrene foam core, giving them a strong, solid presence while still keeping the weight manageable. This combination allows the sculpture to look heavy and grounded, without actually being difficult to handle or place.

The highlight, however, is the natural rust finish. When we say natural, we truly mean it a layer of powdered iron is applied and left to oxidise on its own, with no added colours or artificial effects. The lightweight nature makes these sculptures suitable for terraces as well as gardens.

And most importantly, because each piece is crafted entirely from scratch, we’re able to explore far more customised forms and sculptural expressions, turning each project into a purely artistic process.

Concrete reinforced with fibre, commonly known as GFRC, is one of the most durable and sustainable materials to create large-format planters. Strong yet lightweight, GFRC allows us to scale up designs without compromising on structure or longevity.

Unlike ceramics, you can plant directly into GFRC, and the material ages gracefully without ever feeling cheap or temporary. It truly sits in that sweet spot, the strength of concrete with the flexibility of mud.

At Ferrocon, our GFRC planters are priced between ₹5,000–₹20,000 for these massive sizes because we manufacture everything in-house. By cutting out middlemen and working on volume, we’re able to make designer concrete planters accessible without inflating costs.

Built for all conditions, urban landscapes, and modern architecture, these planters are meant to be statement pieces that last.

Just finished up this set of three for a client in Mumbai. They’re fully hand-sculpted using glass fiber reinforced concrete, but the real win is the foam core inside. It makes them way easier to lift and move around, while the concrete finish keeps them solid and high quality.
Since they’re exterior grade, they can handle the heat and the rain without a problem. The best part about this setup is that you can pretty much customize the shape, size, and scale to whatever you need, which is exactly what we’re showing off in this video!!

Started working on this feature basin towards the end of December, and very satisfied with how it’s turned out. The entire piece was made in two parts, fully hand sculpted in concrete without any moulds, based on a design by .yellow.door.kochi

The top basin is finished in a coal grey cement finish, while the pedestal below carries a liquid metal (brass) finish. Hand sculpting really opens up possibilities, when you’re not limited by a mould, customisation becomes part of the process itself.
