Pushpagiri Farm House.

Spread across 12 acres, this farm house is planned around the natural character of the land.

The entire property is thoughtfully divided into different zones. At the centre is a pond that serves as the main source for the farm’s water supply, while the left side opens into the tea plantation. The right side is taking shape with an ongoing construction, while the remaining areas are filled with different varieties of plantations.

But what makes Pushpagiri special is not just what you see here. It is the thought that has gone into creating it.

The farm house was planned after detailed research and careful consideration of the different things that matter when building a farm house, from the way the land is used to how the spaces work with the surrounding nature.

And then, there is the view.

Surrounded by greenery and tea plantations, the natural beauty of the place is an advantage in itself, with glimpses of the beauty of Munnar adding to the experience.

Pushpagiri Farm House.

Some places make you slow down the moment you reach there.

Pushpagiri is one such place. Located close to Idukki Dam, Thekkady and Munnar, the journey takes you through some beautiful landscapes before you reach the farm.

Spread across 12 acres, the farm is surrounded by tea plantations and different kinds of spices, seasonal fruits and tropical trees. The climate here makes the land ideal for growing a wide variety of plantations.

There’s fresh air, greenery everywhere and beautiful views of the Munnar landscape from the farm.

More than just a farm house, Pushpagiri is a place where the land, climate and nature have all been taken into consideration while planning the space.

Kerala’s story has always had a little spice in it.
And in Idukki, cardamom is a big part of that story.

At Pushpagiri Farm House, nearly 8 acres of the 12-acre property are dedicated to cardamom cultivation. But there’s more to it than growing the spice.

From harvesting and washing to drying, grading based on quality and preparing it for the market, every step plays a role in bringing cardamom from the farm to the export market.

With proper planning and cultivation, cardamom farming can become a rewarding venture while creating employment opportunities for people in the local community. Because the true potential of agriculture lies not just in what we grow, but in how we grow it.

For Sabu and Sheeja this home was a dream for their family of four.

When they approached BuiltTech they had a clear vision of a unique home with interiors, colours and spaces that reflected their taste and made them happy.

Set on 60 cents of land in Thopramkudy, the 4500 sq ft home spans two floors. From the initial consultation and feasibility studies to planning and ex*****on, BuiltTech worked closely with the family to bring that vision to life.

The 3D design helped them see their home even before construction began, and the finished home stayed remarkably close to what they had imagined.
