Qualifications:
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience in lift maintenance
Proven track record in troubleshooting, repair, and modernization of elevators and escalators
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and technicians
Provide technical expertise and guidance for complex elevator and escalator issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced mechanical and electrical problems
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevator and escalator systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Coordinate with customers, building managers, and other stakeholders to address service requests and resolve issues effectively
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Train and mentor junior staff members
