The Dockyard Co. gently transforms a historic dockyard into a contemporary riverfront space rooted in memories of the city.

The architecture works with what exists—restoring old warehouses and structures, and inserting minimal, modern interventions that respect their original character.

Raw materials, honest textures, and open courtyards shape a calm, layered environment where light, air, and the river guide the experience. Rather than rewriting history, the design allows it to remain visible—quietly framing a dialogue between heritage, people, river, old trees and the city.
