WE’RE HIRING: INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from concept to ex*****on, communicate confidently with clients, coordinate across teams, and mentor junior designers while maintaining high design and delivery standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand project briefs and develop design concepts, layouts, material palettes, and presentations.
2. Lead projects from concept development to detailed design and ex*****on.
Prepare and review drawings, 3D models, renders, mood boards, material boards, and documentation.
3. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Review drawings and submissions for accuracy, detailing, quality, and compliance.
5. Guide junior and mid-level designers and resolve design or coordination issues.
6. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines efficiently.
7. Participate in client meetings, presentations, site visits, vendor discussions, and project reviews.

DESIRED SKILLS
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and V-Ray or equivalent software.
2. Strong understanding of space planning, materials, colours, finishes, lighting, and detailing.
3. Ability to manage projects independently from concept through ex*****on.
4. Excellent presentation, communication, client-facing, and coordination skills.
5. Knowledge of working drawings, vendor coordination, site ex*****on, and documentation.
6. Ability to lead and mentor team members while collaborating across departments.
7. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design; a Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
2. 5–8 years of experience in a design consultancy, studio, architectural firm, or corporate interior design organisation.
3. Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
4. A strong portfolio of independently designed and executed projects.
