How to fix a slow speed ceiling fan?

A ceiling fan can move slower than the normal speed. There are many reasons behind it. These are as follows:

Loss of bearing lubrication
Disbalance of blade
Bad capacitor
Damaged winding
Dusty blade

To fix the problem, we, at Mortal World, first find the actual reason behind the slow speed of a ceiling fan. Then take the necessary actions.
