The Aneesh Residence is an exquisitely designed single-story home, encompassing 3,000 square feet and crafted for an international client who seeks to merge colonial elegance with modern functionality. Situated on a long, narrow plot, the home’s layout is centered around a serene courtyard, which serves as the focal point and enhances the connection to outdoor living.

Key living areas, including the foyer, formal living room, dining area, and family room, are thoughtfully arranged to overlook the courtyard, promoting a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The landscaping complements the plot’s elongated shape, featuring layered elements and tall greenery that provide both privacy and visual depth.
