WIDER HORIZON

location - Shraddha vihar colony, Satrikh road near RMD steels, chinhat, LUCKNOW
Area - 1450 sq.ft
Year - 2022

The design segregates the commercial space on ground floor by stacking the residential spaces on the floors above. We designed the spaces with wider horizon elements in proportionate to vertical fenestration/screens in façade while maintaining void-mass ratio.

This project was all about the soothing and calming interior approach for the bureaucrats working in this office. We designed the space for maximum occupancy and maximum sound insulation by using the sound reflective/absorbing surfaces in good proportion.

Juxtaposed Mass

location - Deva road, Lucknow

The Design of the house done in a manner that chunks of mass are juxtaposed with asymmetrically balanced perforations in the facade, also the color scheme followed is cool and soothing to eyes as the house is facing south direction.

OVERHUNG SITOUTS

location - Quila road, Aashiyana, Lucknow
Area - 2000 sq.ft
Year - 2022

The Design Brief was to design the house effectively as the width of the plot has been facing south hence we need to come up with a solution to overcome the heat-fall due to sun rays on the main façade. So the designed outcome has been placed together as to make maximum direct sunlight into diffused light by using the perforated screens and vertical fins.

The residence embodies a peaceful modernist minimalistic design, painting a picture of order and uniformity. More emphasis was on ceiling design, item barks the modern and innovative culture, use of trim fewer profile lights.
