SOLAR SALES EXECUTIVE IN LUCKNOW!

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + High Incentives
Requirement: ITI Electricians are preferred
4 SOLAR SALES EXECUTIVE IN LUCKNOW!
Experience : 1 - 2 YEAR
Own Wheeler (Bike) mandatory with valid driving license + Local market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Source new residential and commercial clients through cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
2. Client Consultation: Explain the benefits, ROI, and government subsidy process for rooftop solar systems.
3. Site Surveys: Conduct basic, preliminary rooftop site assessments and capture client requirements.
4. Sales Closure: Negotiate quotes, prepare customized proposals, and close deals.
5. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client from lead to installation.
6. Great communication and negotiation skills.
7. Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.

Salary : 12K to 15K INR
Persuasive sales skills, technical aptitude, and customer education abilities.
They must be capable of translating complex solar concepts and financial savings into simple language.
Industry-Specific KnowledgeGovernment Subsidy Awareness:
Technical & Administrative Abilities
Computer & CRM Proficiency: Basic literacy in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and maintaining lead-tracking in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Follow-up Management:
Educational Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Minimum 12th pass; a Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA) is typically preferred.
Experience: 1 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales. Prior experience in renewable energy is preffered.
