Visited the NMACC for design inspiration and walked into a masterclass on raw storytelling. 🌌 Subodh Gupta’s Dream, Shelter and Memory: A Fistful of Sky completely redefined how I look at everyday materials. He takes ordinary, heavy objects—roof tiles, spice-grinding stones, cow-dung cakes, and mosquito-netted beds—and turns them into a hauntingly beautiful landscape of displacement and vulnerability. For me, the ultimate design lesson here was the juxtaposition of rough, grounded earth elements against polished brass surfaces that mirror the sky. It's an incredible study of texture, weight, and memory. 🛏️✨
