Join APSE Design and help transform creative interior concepts into exceptional residential and commercial spaces.
We're looking for a proactive Interior Site Engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
โ Execute and supervise interior fit-out works on-site.
โ Interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
โ Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
โ Ensure quality, safety, materials, and finishes meet project standards.
โ Monitor project progress and maintain timelines.
โ Resolve on-site technical and ex*****on challenges.
โ Prepare site reports, BOQs, measurements, and ex*****on records.
โ Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications
๐ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
โ 2+ years of experience in interior ex*****on/site supervision.
โ Knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and finishing.
โ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and related Software.
โ Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
โ Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to sites when required.
