1. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Services under construction project management
Master planning, project planing & scheduling, quality survey & cost management, construction management, construction documentation, scheduling & time management, land development, real estate, coordinate real estate business(sales, marketing, purchase & development) and all services including land development projects like structural designing, architectural& interior designing, drawings, as built drawings, project reporting, project meetings, labor management, material sale , purchase & management, property care & safety. Architectural and interior designing will be done by others. Structural design may be done by PMC. PMC will hire all project team including architect and project managers if necessary for the project. PMC will do the key rule and will be master of the project. The chief project manager or architect may hired project based. Project team like site staffs, project engineer, project architect, labor’s may be hired for particular project and they may be resigned after project shutdown. PMC will associate with architects & designers. PMC will have 2kind of project team like project officials and labour PMC’s permanent staffs and hired for the particular project.
