When the view is stunning & site is beautiful...work is exciting !
Our client has big beach front property, but most of it is orchard/ CRZ zone and a narrow strip of land in settlement zone. We had no option but to design a holiday home which has rooms placed in a line. To break the linear monotony we have designed rooms of varying heights and shapes, all in an organic and vernacular style. The decorative columns, domes, sloping roofs, balconies at different levels and locations create interest and glamour to the entire composition.
