We embraced the vision of Principal Dr. Sonal Parmar to honour the school’s tradition while creating a dynamic and engaging History Wall that captures 165 years of legacy. The wall celebrates the story of the school as it intertwines with the history of the city, offering a timeless glimpse into its journey through continuity and change.

Our gratitude to Mr. Jaiboy Phillips, the Board of Governors, Ms. Anahita Choksey and Mrs. Shaliani Amarsey for their invaluable support and contribution.

On a single acre of once-overgrown land in Goa, we nurtured a luxury retreat that embraces — not erases — its surroundings. By retaining key elements of three original bungalows and shaping semi-covered spaces that stay in constant conversation with the river, sea, and sky, the design allows nature to lead.

The native flora, local materials, and restrained footprint honour the lush palette of green Goa, reminding us that true luxury lies in respect — for land, history, and life.
