Chrome and metallic finishes are everywhere right now, and for good reason!

We spend so much time looking at walls, furniture and lights that we forget to look down.

Flooring is one of the largest surfaces in a home, and it changes how a room feels before you even place a single chair in it.

A wall isn’t just something you paint and forget about.

I love when a store makes you look at everyday objects a little differently.

That’s what I noticed at

A lot of their serveware and decor has this clever quality to it. It’s useful, but also fun to arrange, style and interact with.

As a designer, I love pieces like these because they bring personality into a home without making the room feel too busy.

Four years of visiting with clients, and it’s still one of my favourite stores to look around.

I go into a store looking for the right piece, not just the one that stands out most. The scale, proportions, finish and the space around it all matter. These things can be hard to judge online, but become much clearer when clients can see and experience them in person.
