Upcoming project 2023 -
Proposed Commercial Building at Goa.

Site Area : 4,000 sqm
BUA : 8,000 sqm
Spaces :
- Lower 2 floors of Retail Shops
- 3 floors of Office spaces in between
- Last 2 floors of Hotel rooms along with gym, games room, restaurant and infinity pool at terrace level.

The narrow rectangular shape of the site with required setbacks and permissible height restrictions led to the building spread along the length (East-West direction) of the site to maximize the BUA consumption, resulting in a heavy built mass.

This is cut down using Terraces and Balconies (green spaces) as interactive breakout spaces at various levels. Hence, there is an interplay of built and green spaces in the building.

Jaali is used on the entire Southwest facade as a sunshade device and a single design element that unifies 3 different types of spaces into one building.

Design Option - 1
Proposed Conceptual Block Master Plan for "Camp Hills Mahuli" - a 3 star Glamping Resort at Shahapur, spread across 25 acres.

The USP of the site is the site itself and its surroundings.
1. the site is a hill at a height of 30 m from road level (being the lowest amongst other hills around)
2. the site gets a 360 degree view of the surroundings, especially of Mahuli Fort on the North West side.

Hence, the whole idea of the Masterplan is to create a spatial experience like that of a Fort.
One walks through the ring road that meanders up to the hill through landscape around and finally reaches the massive recreational spaces at the top, i.e. the "Clubhouse" and "Observation Tower" to explore the beauty all around. And from there one approaches the private spaces, i.e. the "Luxury Pods" spread across the hill to get the view of the pond, in between the lush greenery at different levels.
The "Luxury Pods" are spread around in a way like branches of a tree.

One can even get a raw camping experience at the "Glamping Tents" located near the pond.

While from "Indoor Restaurant" one gets view of the adventure activities, "Outdoor Dining space" offers one to dine on water.

And the "Amphitheatre" extends from steps on the slope to the performance area on water.

Ongoing Project -
Design of Indoor Games Room / Multipurpose Hall - a part of 3000 sq.ft Clubhouse Interiors project.

In order to make this rented property profitable, the client's requirement for the entire project was to do the interiors with less investment by keeping the design minimal yet appealing.

The design and choice of materials is done in a way to keep the space usable for different activities.
The grey textured walls with graphics, signage and the black down lights make the space a bit informal, apt for games room. While the use of wooden ceiling and fluted panels on walls highlights the space, apt for a formal event.
