The Designbox

The Designbox Welcome to The DesignBOX, where we turn spaces into experiences! We’re all about mixing bold ideas with a dash of fun, bringing life to every corner we touch.

From stylish homes to swanky stores, we don’t just design—we create vibes. A young design firm specializing in creating architectural and interior spaces.

Shot this during the Century photoshoot at the store. Everyone just showed up in black and suddenly started acting like they own the place (not complaining). No one was trying too hard, but something about it just worked — everyone looked more sorted than usual, like they had their s**t together for once. Funny how that happens. The space was already doing its thing, we just walked in and fit right in.

Not your usual Women’s Day post.
Because for me, it’s not just about being a woman in design… it’s also about the people who made it easier to get here.

Yes, I may have the talent.
But having someone like in your corner makes a big difference.

Thank you for putting together Shakti and celebrating women in architecture and design the right way.

For us, retail has never been about putting things on display.
It’s about figuring out how people get confused… and then helping them get un-confused.

Somewhere between all that thinking and drawings…
this one got an award.

The master washroom at Sinuous House was conceived as a private sanctuary — calm, composed, and materially rich.

Stone takes the lead here, wrapping the space in quiet luxury. Surfaces are seamless, transitions are refined, and every line is resolved to feel effortless. Light is softened to enhance texture, allowing the materiality to unfold gradually through the day.

Nothing interrupts the experience.
Nothing competes for attention.

It’s a space designed for slow rituals — where proportion, finish, and detail come together in quiet harmony.

Because true luxury is felt in the moments no one else sees.

The common washroom at Sinuous House was approached as a sculpted extension of the home — not a secondary space.

Clean lines, seamless surfaces, and a restrained material palette ensure continuity with the larger narrative. Lighting is softened to enhance texture, while refined detailing allows the architecture to take the lead.

Nothing ornamental.
Nothing excessive.
Just precision in proportion and materiality.

Because even the most functional spaces deserve the same depth of design thinking.

Designed as a shared space with individual presence, the son and daughter’s bathroom at Sinuous House balances functionality with finesse.

The palette is fresh yet grounded — durable surfaces meet refined detailing, ensuring the space feels youthful without losing architectural clarity. Clean geometries keep it structured, while subtle material contrasts add depth.

Storage is integrated.
Lines remain disciplined.
Every finish is selected for both longevity and warmth.

It’s a bathroom that feels practical — but considered.
Playful in spirit, precise in ex*****on.

Because even shared spaces deserve a strong design language.

He walked in prepared.
Coffee. Chair. Confidence.

Clearly he had watched the previous episodes.

What he didn’t account for…
was the direction this conversation would go in.

Somewhere between serious questions and complete nonsense,
Episode 3 happened.

Aakhir Kehna Kya Chahte Ho? – Episode 3 is out now.

We were shooting the episode.
Things were going fine.
Then the laughter started.

This is everything that happened after that.
Ep. 3 out soon.

He was already here.

Chair set.
Coffee ready.
Waiting.

Not for the cameras.
Not for the hosts.

Just… waiting.

Six months later, we finally walked in.

Ep. 3.

Some projects quietly move in… and never really leave. 🤍 What began as a brief slowly unfolded into conversations, shared excitement, design debates, and moments of trust. Somewhere along the way, “client” stopped being the right word. This house found its people, and we found a family. The Sinuous House is a flow of light, curves, textures, and pauses. Spaces that breathe into each other. Corners that hold warmth. Materials that don’t shout but stay with you. Every room carries a mood, shaped not just by design decisions, but by the people who live here and the way they live. From sunlit transitions to intimate pockets, from quiet mornings to lived-in evenings, the home mirrors its family, calm yet expressive, layered yet effortless. It resonates because it was never about trends or statements. It was about listening, translating, and letting the house evolve naturally around them. Homes can be designed. But belonging is built. And this one… is forever.

At Sinuous House, the mandir is both focal point and pause.

Framed by custom-designed elements and layered materiality, the space blends tradition with a contemporary lens. Intricate detailing meets clean geometry, allowing the sacred to feel grounded within the home’s fluid architecture.

Light plays a quiet role here — soft, warm, and intentional — enhancing textures without overpowering them. Every surface, every inlay, every proportion is resolved with care.

It’s not designed as an ornament.
It’s designed as an experience.

Because spirituality, like architecture, is deeply personal — and deserves thoughtful form.

The master bedroom at Sinuous House was designed as a retreat within the architecture — composed, tactile, and deeply personal.

Marble detailing introduces a sense of permanence, while the muted palette allows textures to quietly take the lead. Every proportion is carefully balanced — from the way the bed anchors the room to the seamless side tables that merge into the spatial language.

There’s restraint here.
There’s warmth.
There’s clarity in every line.

We approached this space not as a statement, but as a sanctuary — where material, light, and form come together in quiet harmony.

Because in a private space, luxury should feel effortless.
