In Alibagh, where the second home is so often imagined as an exhale, Casaviva asks for something fuller. Designed by for a large multi generational family, the house was conceived not as a retreat in the usual sense, but as an extension of daily life, one with the ease, rhythm and emotional density of a primary residence.

Minimal Palette. Strong Geometry. Quiet Luxury.

Carved in beige stone, this residential tower embraces simplicity, proportion and light - a monolithic facade punctuated by vertical openings creating a series of deep recesses that create rhythm, shade and privacy.
A restrained material palette that allows the architecture to speak through texture, depth and shadow, creating a timeless presence within the dense urban fabric.

HOUSE OF MATERIAL AND CHARACTER.

A study of structural honesty by pairing the industrial strength of steel with the textured warmth with terracotta hued masonry we created a dialogue between the built and the natural. Ita about the quiet confidence of materials that speak for themselves.

An earthy palette, subdued tones and contrasting materials define the space. The ceiling features dark, rich wood paneling, complemented by a floor of polished grey marble.
The walls are kept simple, offering a neutral backdrop for the design elements.

Key features include:
• Custom Vanity: A brass surface supported by thin, vertical brass rods, integrated with brass-fronted drawers.
• Unique Mirror Element: Two circular mirrors suspended from the ceiling by the same brass rods, providing a distinctive focal point.
• Soft Furnishings: Large, full-height textured curtains and comfortable upholstered armchairs add warmth and a strong vertical line.
• Storage: A floor-to-ceiling wall of light-colored, woven and grooved panels provides integrated storage, adding texture without visual clutter.

The overall feel is one of sophisticated, tranquil luxury, emphasizing clean lines and rich, natural textures.
