Rainforest is a Façade Inspired by the Forest.
It was designed around one clear idea —how do we bring nature into the experience of the building, not just around it? The first move was in the planning itself. Instead of keeping the building in a conventional linear layout, the blocks were rotated and opened out, creating more perimeter and allowing each apartment to capture wider views of the surrounding green field.
That shift changed the way the project was experienced. More windows. More punctures. More light. More moments where the outside could become part of everyday living.
The idea of nature continued into the façade. Subtle detailing inspired by tree bark gives the building a layered, organic quality not as decoration, but as a quiet reference to the name and the setting of the project.
Even the entrance canopy was designed to make space for nature. Its perforations allow foliage to pass through, so arrival feels open, green, and alive.
Rainforest is a project where the concept is not just named. It is felt, in the planning, the façade, the movement, and the way the building lets nature become part of the architecture.

The Possibility Of Subtraction

For Goyal NRUPA Square, the architecture began with a tight, tapered plot and the opportunity to turn constraint into character. The cut-outs were not added as a visual gesture. They came from the geometry of the site and the need to optimise usable space.

What began as strategic subtraction became the project’s defining move — creating stepped terraces, opening up city views, and allowing light and ventilation to move through the building. These decks break away from conventional office interiors, offering spill-out zones that stay connected to the city. On the elevation, vertical and horizontal bands bring rhythm, proportion, and a sharper architectural identity.

Goyal NRUPA Square stands out without overpowering its context — a building shaped by planning, restraint, and the possibilities hidden inside constraint.

There’s a certain weight this structure carries, not just in what it holds, but in how it stands.

Solid. Grounded. Unapologetically present.
The lines don’t just define the form, they reinforce it — giving the building a sense of permanence and control.
Nothing feels light for the sake of it.

Every surface holds its own.
A structure that doesn’t reach out — it anchors itself.

Team Architect, Pentaspace Design Consultants

Sneha’s role sits right at the intersection of ideas and ex*****on where conversations begin to take shape and direction becomes tangible. She brings a sense of order to the constant movement within the studio, ensuring that what’s imagined is carried through with clarity and intent.

Over time, her presence has become central to how things move forward, aligning teams, structuring processes, and holding together the many layers that go into building a project, without losing sight of why it matters in the first place.

Outside of work, she gravitates towards moments that allow her to slow down and reset — often through Kathak — bringing back the same sense of balance she’s known for within the studio.

From the founders’ desk:
“Sneha has a way of bringing structure without making it feel rigid. She understands both the pace and the purpose of what we do, and holds it together with a quiet sense of responsibility. She’s become an essential part of how Pentaspace Atelier operates.”

When constraints define the site,
adaptability defines the architecture.

A narrow footprint.
A metro line at the edge.
A brief that demanded precision.

Chambers responds not by resisting limitations,
but by working with them — shaping form, orientation, and structure to unlock light, views, and efficiency.
The result is not just a building, but a system that adapts.
Where every angle has intent.

And every constraint becomes a possibility.

Not every home begins with a layout. Some begin with a question.

How do you let the sea become part of everyday life — not just something you look at, but something you feel?
This is where Pentaspace Atelier steps in. Not to add more, but to refine what truly matters. Softer transitions. Open, continuous movement. Spaces that don’t interrupt, but flow.

The work isn’t about creating moments. It’s about shaping how a home is experienced — quietly, intuitively, over time.

What emerges is a space that doesn’t try too hard. It settles into its surroundings, picking up on the calm, the rhythm, and the quiet presence of the sea.

Calm, here, is shaped — not styled.
In the living and dining, the geometry of the home becomes most apparent. Curves lead the way — through walls, furniture, and the way you move through the space — softening every transition so nothing feels abrupt or contained.
There are no sharp pauses, no visual noise. Just continuity.
The palette stays intentionally restrained. Warm neutrals, sandy tones, and muted textures hold everything together, allowing light and shadow to take over. As the day shifts, the space responds — softer in the morning, quieter by evening.
It doesn’t try to stand out.
It simply becomes a place you want to come back to.

For us, Sukoon was never about how it looks. It was about how it settles around you.

They weren’t looking for a home that stood out. They were looking for a sanctuary of calm — a space that moves with the quiet rhythm of the sea outside.
That clarity shaped every decision that followed. Soft geometries replaced rigid lines. Circulation was designed to flow, not direct. Junctions were resolved without sharp breaks, so the home reads as one continuous gesture rather than a series of rooms.

Nothing feels compartmentalised. Everything feels connected. For us, Sukoon wasn’t a style to be applied later. It was the starting point — designing a feeling first, and allowing the form to follow.

Some homes impress. This one is built with intent.
Designed as a sea-facing residence in Prabhadevi, Sukoon is shaped by a quieter idea of living, where space, light, and material work together to slow the pace of everyday life.

Curves define the home, softening transitions and allowing rooms to flow as one continuous movement. Walls, furniture, and storage are treated as a single, monolithic system, concealing function while maintaining visual calm.

The palette draws from the coast — sand, stone, driftwood, kept intentionally muted so that light and shadow take precedence.

Large openings and cross ventilation bring the sea into every room, not as a view, but as a constant presence. Technology is layered in, but never visible — quietly adjusting light and comfort to the rhythm of the day.
What remains is a home that feels instinctive — easy to move through, effortless to live in.

Not minimal.
Not ornamental.
Just… resolved.

A curtain lifts before the breeze arrives.
Light shifts, almost unnoticed.
Shadows move slowly across a wall.
Nothing dramatic.
Everything is intentional.

Sukoon lives in these in-between moments.

Not every home is designed to be seen.
Some are designed to be felt.
Sukoon is shaped by the sea, not just by its view, but by its rhythm. A home where curves slow movement, materials soften light, and nothing asks for attention.
Here, calm isn’t added.
It’s built into every line.

Sukoon… coming soon.
