• Aangan House •
A massive cantilever volume with and recess shadow roof scape imitating the pagoda style architecture of Kathmandu graces the entrance drop off. The brick volumes on the ground are complimented with serene white mass on top. The aangan house is our take on the regional architecture of massed brick walls and roofs cape of the region.

• A A N G A N H O U S E •
The “Aangan” house is by definition is the courtyard house. This modern interpretation has the reflective water body adjacent to the central spine of the house. The courtyard is double height with the pool housed at the first floor overlooking into the aangan. The “aangan” concept is a very dominant feature of Nepalese architecture and we have tried a modern interpretation.

• P O O L ready anyone?! • 🏊‍♂️
The pandemic wreaked havoc on club activities like swimming. This pool designed at a recently completed complex for a city developer is an inspiration that came during the lockdown.
If distance makes the heart grow fonder, then the absence of visiting pools definitely made us churn out our best covered pool design as yet.
