• To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers
• Monitoring Leads
• Designing Channel Partners Incentive structure with the Management
• Involved into new launches and taking care of different projects , designated by Management
• Study the market potential, research and report submission etc.
• Maintain the profitability of the project
• Organising and taking parts in Events to Increase footfalls and promotions
• Setting Team targets, Strategizing Plan of action to achieve numbers and monitoring the same from time to time
• Making Sales & Marketing Plans for the Upcoming and Ongoing Projects
• Price Determination & Sales projection
• Monitoring timely collection and revenue generation
• Addressing Customer Grievances and solving issues
• Coordination with Marketing and Branding team for Events, Launches, Campaigns, Promotions etc
• Giving recommendations to the management in ref. to pricing, marketing and sales policies etc
• Also looking after presales team to generate more number of leads
• Reviewing sales MIS weekly to track overall cash flow and team performance.
• Handling Pre-sales, Sales & Post Sales Team
