Warmth here is built through detail rather than excess. Rich timber finishes move seamlessly from the entry to the living, dining and bar spaces, creating a continuous visual language throughout the home. Slatted partitions, clean-lined furniture, soft upholstery and carefully framed openings balance warmth with structure, while natural light softens the material palette. Every transition feels considered, allowing each space to hold its own character while remaining part of one cohesive interior story.

A boardroom designed for clarity, collaboration and calm precision. The space balances transparency and warmth through fluted wood ceiling battens, soft linear LED lighting and glass partitions with frosted bands that ensure privacy without disconnecting from the larger workspace.

The solid wood-finish conference table anchors the room with quiet authority, integrated with sleek cable management for seamless presentations. Grey ergonomic chairs introduce a refined corporate tone, while vertical paneling and textured wall finishes add subtle depth to the envelope.
