We acted as small cogs in the wheels of the project in which we were taken on board in the middle of the project as specialist consultants for liasioning. The scope however, increased over the course, giving us insights into the various aspects of the functioning and planning of such scale of projects. The market dynamic, finance, construction speed and policies govern the project from the stage we entered in. The building design was largely finalized before that itself. But changing the layout in under construction building was the interesting part of the process
Scope of work:-
1. Phase planning in accordance with site progress requirement and anticipation of new policies such as DCR 2034, TDR Policy and Accommodation reservation policy.
2. Fine tune layout as per site conditions in alignment with the development plan of the city
3. Calculate the feasibility in various scenarios as per the expected policy changes.
