High momentum can push the market further up to 5329 levels, for anything above that will have to wait for 1 or 2 days to come to any conclusion. The risk reward ratio currently not favoring to enter any long's at these levels, that dosent mean that we must short the market. Wait for a dip to reenter. Our Trading system gives you the exact timing and signal's to reenter the market with an ongoing trend.
For the trader's who are short in the market, i remember the statement of my guru which he gave in one of the training session's " If the market dosent behave in the way you have perceived it for sometime depends on your time horizon intraday, daily or weekly. Market closed near resistance with high momentum.
A fantastic rally 134 points driven by the expected outcome from the congress meeting for infrastructure development followed by some amount of short covering. Market have closed at a 1 month high at 4997.1, and also near stiff resistance zone of 5000 - 5020. We have a series of resistance ahead like 200 DMA at 5065 and the lower Moving average from Moving Average Band technique at 5057. Crossing 5020 will hit above resistance, staying above 5065 we can reach 5250 - 5260.
Market's will be awaiting the outcome of the Congress meeting.
