CLEAN COATS is very proud to inform you that our premium food-grade epoxy coating – CLEAN TECH PW is now NSF, USA-certified product. CLEAN TECH PW has been tested and approved by WRAS, UK for BS 6920-1:2000 &/or 2014. It is also tested and approved for AWWA C 210 specification, US FDA 175-300 standard, and IS 16676 specification.

Clean Coats’ High-Temperature Chemical Resistant Coating – CHEMI TECH 450 HT was applied on a chimney structure 30 meters in height. The surface was prepared manually and two coats of CHEMI TECH 450 HT @ 30 mic per coat were applied. Clean Coats had taken this contract on a “supply & application” basis and used a “fall arrester” system instead of scaffolding for the surface preparation and coating application.

Coal tar coatings have a low permeability to moisture (water), high dielectric resistance, and excellent water/abrasion-resistant properties.

Coal Tar Epoxy systems are tried and tested for over many years due to these properties which contribute to their good corrosion resistance and performance in extremely corrosive environments including marine regions like hulls and underwater areas of ships and other offshore installations having similar submerged conditions.

Pipelines being installed for underground utilities for irrigation, water supplies, and storage areas are coated with Coal Tar Epoxies for the same reasons for high-performance values. One of our contractors is regularly using the Coal Tar epoxy Systems for executing the pipeline projects of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Boards.
